Popular Nigerian brand influencer, actor and lagos big boy, Yhemolee, has stirred up reactions online as he unfollows his childhood friend, singer Asake on photo and video-sharing platform Instagram.
The common African adage that “20 children cannot play together for 20 years” seems to have come in place on the brotherhood bond between Yhemolee and Asake.
Let’s not forget that few days ago, singer Asake, the “Lonely At The Top” hitmaker who is currrently signed under YBNL unfollowed everyone on Instagram.
Asake shocked everyone as he unfollows his boss Olamide, Davido, Wizkid, Fireboy DML, Yhemolee and others. His Instagram bio shows that he is not following anyone (0) while he has 5million followers.
However, a quick check on the official Instagram page of Yhemolee with 1.4M followers shows that he has clapped back at Asake by unfollowing him.
Note that Yhemolee and Asake has been together for a very long time. They both attended the same University (Obafemi Awolowo Unversity) and continue their friendship when they graduate.
In December, when Asake returns to Nigeria for the yuletide, he had massive fun with Yhemolee as they enjoyed the nightlife together on the Lagos Island.
